RE: The Outdoor Connection – Trip of a Lifetime

The Outdoor Connection (Trip of a Lifetime) program will offer our regional director staff the ability to have high quality hunting, fishing and outdoor vacation opportunities like never before. These hunting/fishing packages maybe offered to chapters for their year round fund raising or if the right chapter in the right situation it can also be used at your local chapter banquets.

This type of raffle concept could be an excellent way to raise dollars for your annual Wheelin’ Sportsmen fund raisers.

In order to get and keep this new program going straight and under control the following procedures will serve as our guidelines.

(1) All chapter inquires are to be directed through our regional director staff.

(2) The regional director will then contact Kim Saxon for proper paperwork to be filled out.

(3) Kim Saxon will make initial contact to the Outdoor Connection and send in the request for the hunt and officially start the process.

(4) The Outdoor Connection and regional director may now contact one another for additional arrangements and details.

(5) Whenever the winner is selected, contact once again will come from the regional director to Kim Saxon to finalize awards with the Outdoor Connection.

There may be changes to this process as the program gets started so any advice on how to better manage this should be sent to Kim.

This can be a great program with many benefits, however we must use it wisely.
