Located only 100 miles from the Northwest Territories, this lodge is in the heart of trophy fishing country.  Geographically, the island is located on a collection of 21 pristine lakes and river systems.  These lakes are situated smack dab in the middle of some of the most productive northern pike, lake trout and grayling territory in Canada.  The lodge is  a three-level, all log structure with a commanding view of the lake.  It houses the dining area, stone fireplace, game area, fishing tackle shop, fully stocked bar, kitchen and upper level meeting room.

Accommodations
The main lodge is a three story log structure, complete with meeting room, fishing tackle center and recreation room. Each native spruce log cabin has a wonderful view of Hatchet Lake with a sandy beach located just a few steps from the porch. The cabins are of various sizes. Each bedroom is designed with 2 single beds. Each cabin has electricity, hot and cold running water, toilet and shower. Each cabin has a carpeted living room.
