This hunt takes place in some of the most remote areas on northern British Columbia.  The area is both steep and rough and ranges in elevation from 3,000 to 9,000 feet.  The area has a yearly quota of three stone sheep.  Most of the sheep are quite dark in color and average 35 to 39 inches, with 40 inch plus rams being taken in the past.  A 46 inch ram was taken in this area several years ago, which scored over 177 B&C. Some of the sheep country can be accessed with horses, but you will definitely do some hiking and backpacking.

Geographic Location
This outfitter is located approximately 220 miles north of Smithers in the Sifton/Kechica and Thudaka/Cassiar Mountain Ranges.

Accommodations for the Hunter
The base camps are quite comfortable and are equipped with cookhouses, cabins, showers and outhouses. Spike camps utilize lightweight wall or backpack type tents. All equipment is new or in excellent shape.
