Recreating the fine gentleman's tradition of southern style quail hunting is this Florida outiftter's passion.  Their quail hunts provide the sportsman with the rare opportunity to shoot at wild birds along with high quality, fast flying released birds.  Manicured courses range from grasslands and pineland to scenic water-front fields.  Quail hunting is offered from October-March. Hunts include guide, dogs, non alcoholic drinks and bird cleaning.

Accommodations
Each of our five guest lodges consists of five bedrooms with two double beds and private bathrooms. Our lodges can also accomodate small meetings. If a larger meeting is required, facilities are available for groups from 30 to 50 persons. Our main dining room offers fine dining, bar and recreation.
